Kimpton - Pittman Hotel by IHG

Really enjoyed the hotel and the restaurant. The staff were excellent - especially Hollie. It was the last day of our trip and a great place to experience Dallas. Would not hesitate to choose again.

Holli was extremely nice and helped a lot with the hotel, places to go ect ect she gave a lot of help again was very kind and even more

Today I was at The Pittman Hotel and I had amazing experience. Holli, David, and Judy really made sure I was taken care of with 5 star service. Food at Elm & Good was so delicious. It’s a must you try it! I love The Pittman, service and vibe are unmatched!

Absolute amazing place to stay. Staff all attentive to needs. Elm and Good Restaurant excellent service, food and drinks. Thank you for making our stay the best.

No desk in room no coffee maker not very clean

Hotel and room were very nice and clean. 5 stars for the room, location and cleanliness. Where the hotel falls short is the training of the staff. They were very nice but portly trained. Check in resulted in a duplicate rewards account being created and no drink coupons that were supposed to be included. Not sure where the disconnect was but the staff were not interested in trying to resolve the discrepancy. Next interaction was breakfast. Cold coffee, no refills, had to ask for more cream, on and on. Staff very nice when we asked, but had no idea how service should work. 2 stars since they were nice when asked, but I would expect better service at a Kimpton. Checkout was another disappointment. Desk person took keys and dismissed us. I had to ask for a folio and clear up a charge—breakfast was not included as it was supposed to be. We pre purchased that as an add on. I had to correct that. I feel certain if I had not asked, there would have been a charge I would have had to deal with later. Overall, nice facility, staff just needs training.

Beautiful hotel, rooms, restaurant and bar. Close to everything, we had a lovely time. Beds are very comfortable, bikes available

David and thr hosts are great! The bartender is fabulous.She is a reminder if what a big sister will do- handled a difficult situation with class and caring.
