The location close to metro station and the design

Doesn’t have any fan to use in hot season , or AC unit to keep cool it’s the only down Side of the hotel

The room and generally the hotel was clean. Staff were kind and helpful and location was good and close to center.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, but there were a few things that could be improved. The first issue was our room. After check-in, we realized the room with separate beds was more like a capsule-style room and not suitable for a long stay. I suggest adding clearer photos and descriptions of these rooms. Luckily, a standard room was available, and after paying an extra €230, we could change rooms. Another surprise was the “basic breakfast.” We didn’t know this meant only coffee or tea, a small portion of fruit, and a small glass of juice. It would help to explain this more clearly before booking. We also ordered soup at the restaurant but received pasta instead. The staff explained that in Mexico City, pasta is listed under soups. A short note for international guests would avoid confusion. In the pictures, you see a jacuzzi and a small swimming pool, but it is actually a private one, and we were not able to use it. It would be better to mention this in advance. Finally, while the staff were generally excellent, one receptionist could not speak English. She was very kind, but I believe English is important for reception staff in an international hotel. Overall, none of these were major problems, but improving these points would make the guest experience much better.

Casi todo pero las personas del lobby platican demasiado desde muy temprano y se escucha en las recámaras y no dejan descansar y les falta ser un poco más amables
