"Desastre"

La ubicación.

Me vendieron una suite de luxe y era un nicho/cápsula. Tuve que pagar la diferencia para ir a una habitación normal y Booking es cómplice de esta estafa y todavía no ne solucionaron nada. Lo único que hacen es cobrar comisión y después jorobar. El hotel aparte, muy malo, se escuchaban ruidos durante la noche, nos quedamos y no hic baja para que la gente se calle y uno pueda dormir. La limpieza en habitaciones muy floja, hacían la cama y baja más, nunca limpiaron el piso siempre sucio. Para bañarnos de repente empezaba a salir agua fría y tenias que llamar a conserjería para que vengan con un palo para que arranque de vuelta el agua caliente, un desastre !!! En el último día pedí que nos llamen y no nos llamaron, por poco perdemos el avión. Como excusa el conserje de la noche , dijo que tenía otro horario para llamarnos qué era unos minutos más tarde, una irresponsabilidad total. Si quieren ir a sufrir a un hotel y vivir una pesadilla y una pésima experiencia, vayan al Hotel Cadillac de México DF.
