The reception, concierge, car/parking, Spa staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of the team at the restaurant also was good. We got a free upgrade for our suite to a higher level suite when we arrived - that was very nice and unexpected.

During our stay, we wanted to have the hotel’s well-known pizza for dinner, which had been recommended to us by the hotel team. Although the pizza was clearly being served to other guests in the restaurant, and there were still free tables available, we were told that we had to eat it in the bar area at the low sofa tables because it was considered part of the all-day menu. It might be nice for drinks and snacks, but we found this seating arrangement indeed very uncomfortable for dinner. How can a hotel of that category impose that on their guests? What was particularly confusing for us was that the pizza had been recommended by the hotel, was visibly being served in the restaurant to other guests, and yet we were not allowed to order it there. When we asked for the reason, we were only told that “sometimes it is ok,” which did not feel like a satisfactory or guest-friendly explanation. This left us with the impression that there may have been unclear or inconsistent criteria regarding who could order this item in the restaurant.

La ubicación, el edificio, las habitaciones… pero sobre todo el personal. Increíble.

Hubo una cena que tuvo un precio extremadamente excesivo para algo sencillo como un poco de verduras y patatas fritas.

Absolut außergewöhnlich! Dieser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Die Lage direkt am See ist atemberaubend, das Hotel ist wunderschön und bis ins Detail gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind luxuriös, sehr sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Frühstück und das gesamte kulinarische Angebot sind erstklassig, und der Spa-Bereich ist einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders beeindruckend war die Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail: Bei der Abreise wurden uns sogar Getränke für die Heimreise mitgegeben – ein außergewöhnlicher Service, den man selten erlebt!

Gar nichts – es war wirklich alles perfekt!

We just spend a magical week with the family; the hotel is top notch and the service is truly exceptional. The Spa itself quite incredible and a wonder in itself. Thanks for the great memories..
