La propreté, l’hôtel semblait quasiment neuf!

La situation géographique: nous voulions à l'origine visiter le lake Tahoe mais comme les hébergements sur place étaient soit trop chers, soit complets, nous avons décidé de séjourner à Carson City, un peu trop loin du lac à mon goût...

"Für eine Übernachtung auf Durchreise annehmbar."

Ruhiges, neues Hotel.

Selbst auf dem weiträumigen Innengelände durfte nicht geraucht werden. Frühstück besteht nur aus Produkten aus dem Karton, Plastikbesteck und Papptellern, braucht kein Mensch.

Hot tub was out of order the entire stay which was very disappointing. Hotel backs up to a freeway, when sitting at the pool there is a lot of traffic noise.

Overall it wasn’t bad I’ve definitely stayed at worse hotels Pros Overall clean Good complimentary breakfast including unlimited fountain drinks , ice and coffee Location safe , good parking , front desk was friendly. Cons There was very foul smell upon arriving to our room a mixture of cigarettes and mold possibly? There was a kitchen in our room could have been the dishwasher but everytime we came from the outside to the room the smell was strong Elevator was down for a full day Hot tub was out of order Pool is mediocore

"We had a wonderful stay despite a couple of easy things fix maintenance issues."

Great property. Modern and clean. Rooms well maintained, comfortable and equipped. Stayed in a two bed queen studio suite. It was lovely and spacious. Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.

Our kitchen overhead light did not work and the kitchen faucet was completely loose. I feel both of those issues should have been addressed and resolved prior to our stay. Additionally, the only elevator in the building was out of service the last morning of our stay. I have breathing difficulties. This prevented me from going down and enjoying the complementary breakfast. I was staying on the third floor. A little bummed about that. Fortunately, the elevator was operational upon our departure.

Tutto ok a parte quanto segue…

La confusione, urli e schiamazzi di una dozzina di piccoli ospiti in piscina, senza controllo, che con la loro “vivacità” si sono impossessati della piscina non rendendola fruibile ad altri ospiti. Sarebbe stato opportuno un ammonimento da parte dello staff Inoltre, dopo aver pagato la stanza 230$ , la richiesta di 75 $ di cauzione, continua ad innervosirmi. La prenotazione di booking recitava: paga all’arrivo, invece. L’importo è stato addebitato direttamente sulla carta. Pagamento cash non disponibile.
