"Check carefully whether you book the right hostel"

Friendly staff

Room way too hot and smelled like fungus. Not the green door hostel I thought I booked. There are 2 with almost identical names. Very deceptive! Also no warm water.

kind staff

The parking was not as advertised, the shared shower smelled of urine, the toilet was too small to stand in and the downstairs room gives onto a very busy road without earplugs it would be difficult to sleep.

They offered me the double price than what i booked and was saying its an error of booking. This also happened to a fellow traveller. Nice place, but i dont like when they want to rip me off.

"Superb stay with wonderful and generous staff along a lovely river."

The staff, especially Angel and Rosie were fantastic. Kind and helpful. They organized trips, made a marvelous breakfast, and helped me when i wasn't feeling 100%.. They made sure that the guests had everything they needed and kept the place immaculate.

I can't think of anything.

Nice staff, location is very close to city services. Clean and everything worked well. Free coffee :)

The noise from the road under balcony kept awake and noisy fan. Balcony didn't actually have mountain view.
