Very comfortable spacious room with balcony overlooking the beach and sunbeds on the beach across the road for hotel guests to use was a bonus.

The pick up from the ferry and the welcome from the staff was good. The location was excellent. Good complementary sun beds. Good breakfast.

Always with a smile this hotel represents unprofessionalism, incapable to organize anything or oversee hygiene in their rooms - totally overpriced for what they offer. The one and only cleaning person has to do everything whilest the owners are on their phone seated outside.

Location viewing the beach was unbeatable, absolutely loved having wine and looking out at the boats with the crystal blue water. They had a wonderful private section of the beach with comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas.

There was not someone there over night at the desk so we had to open the front door with a key. This wasn’t too bad but I’m not used to there not being someone at the front desk.

What a location facing the bay! After energetic days of hiking, it was a pleasure to return to our balcony and watch the yachts coming in to anchor. The hotel is just far enough along the bay to avoid the busyness of the restaurant area, but you can walk to all of the restaurants in 5 minutes or so. (Tip: turn left rather than right out of the hotel and try out the restaurants nearby; they’re much cheaper!) Our room (#1) was enormous and had a recently modernised en-suite. The hotel is spacious with a large and comfortable covered terrace plus sun loungers for guests on the beach opposite.

In all the waterfront hotels you’ll be periodically aware of passing traffic. We didn’t notice it until the last night, when the village was gearing up for a festival and normally sleepy Livadi briefly woke up. But the view and the location more than compensate. Serifos is such a magical island, and Livadi is a place to treasure.
