The luggage facilities after check-out need more attention, as check-out is quite early and currently all luggage is stored next to the reception, which feels inconvenient and untidy. The shower facilities in the swimming pool area could also be made more user-friendly. In addition, the entertainment program could be advertised better. At the moment, there is only a small poster at reception, and since the entertainment area is located in another building, many guests may not even realize something is happening. A larger poster near the restaurant entrance would help inform everyone about the daily activities and events.

הגענו זוג. המיקום נהדר, נוף עוצר נשימה. החדר מרווח ונקי המיטה מאוד נוחה, צוות מקסים. מתאים ממש גם למשפחות.

התארחנו על בסיס הכל כלול, האוכל היה בשפע, בינוני מאוד ולא טעים, אבל מצאנו מה לאכול. הספא בתוספת תשלום של 15 אירו לאדם. לא הצלחנו לתאם מקום, היה מלא כל הימים שהתארחנו.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right by the sea. There were swimming pools, including one heated pool! It seemed that all rooms had a sea view and a balcony, and the rooms themselves were very cozy and quite spacious. The selection of food was very good.

The hotel had some very strange rules — just as pointless and absurd as during the coronavirus period. 1. Even though it was a 4-star spa hotel, there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room. 2. You had to book the spa in advance because they claimed it was fully booked, but when you actually went to check, the spa was practically empty with maybe 7–8 people there. If you went downstairs to negotiate, they would still let you into the spa. 3. You had to pay separately for the spa. 4. If you had an early morning check-out, they would not provide a takeaway breakfast for free — you had to pay extra for it, even though it was supposed to be an all-inclusive package.
