Carine Hotel Kumbor Superior

A nice part of the staff is pleasant (sha^me some never smile, event when saying hello), especially reception team, a part of rooms cleaning team and also of restaurant team. Animation team from FRAM is amazing (though I was not a FRAM guest) !!! They made my stay so much greater ! I especially attended animations from Lucas (and also a few from Matteo) but all animation team is great and their team animations are delightfull.

Construction works at the moment, just next to the hotel, starting early morning and stopping late, every day.

We stayed at Carine Hotel Kumbor Superior for 3 days and overall had a pleasant experience. Our room was excellent – spacious, very comfortable, with a fantastic view and two bathrooms, which was a big plus.

However, the all-inclusive food left much to be desired. The quality of ingredients was quite low, and the options became repetitive very quickly, especially at breakfast. After a day or two, it was difficult to find something enjoyable to eat. Another downside was the lack of amenities for children. Despite many families staying at the hotel, there was no dedicated playroom or space for kids. The indoor pool connects to the outdoor area, but unfortunately, the water wasn't heated, which made it less enjoyable.

The bathroom was dirty, I wash it before I used, the same in the two rooms that we have. The dinner was very poor.

Today I just checked out of this hotel, so I’ll start with my positive impressions first: 1. The staff were wonderful—always ready to help and always smiling. 2. Cleanliness was at a desirable level: enough towels, timely and proper room cleaning, and replacement of used towels. 3. The room design was perfect—from the color combinations to the smallest details, everything was delightful, providing exceptional calmness and comfort.

Now, about the things that were not at the desirable level: 1. We paid for the all-inclusive option, but when we arrived, they told us that to use the SPA center, we had to pay 15 euros per person (for 2 hours of use). Isn’t all-inclusive supposed to include everything? 2. The food was terribly poor. Very few options, especially for proteins. The taste was awful, poorly cooked, lacking in flavor and texture. Everything about the food was bad.

Pros: The room was big and spacious for a couple and 1 child and clean. The dining room and the hotel in general also looked very clean and well maintained. The staff and animation team are very friendly and welcoming. Cons: the food was very repetitive from day to day and not much variety. The quality was ok but i expected better.
