Die Lautstärke in Der Gegend Nachts war leider unträglich. Ständig aufheulende Motorräder rauben einem der Schlaf. Erst ab ca 1.30 war an Schlaf zu denken. Grafittischmiererei in der Dusche und nicht festgezogene Armaturen überschatten einen Aufenthalt leider etwas. Auch, dass einem erst vor Ort mitgeteilt wird, dass der Aufzug zum Zimmer in die vierte Etage defekt ist (seit mehreren Tagen wissentlich) und daher die Preisminderung zu Stande kommt, ist völlig inakzeptabel. Es hätte sich gehört diesen defekten Aufzug und die draus resultierende Preisminderung vorher im Inserat zu erwähnen. Ich dachte man wollte mir als Level 3 Kunde einfach mal ein nettes Angebot machen.

Nothing springs to mind! Was an excellent stay.

La habitación era súper acogedora. Contaba con lo todo necesario (cafetera, secador de pelo, reproductor de música…). Las vistas eran inmejorables. El personal, aunque no lo conocimos, la comunicación fue constante y estaba disponible para sugerencias. La localización es perfecta.

En verdad, nada. Simplemente que la calle es una calle con transito (el tranvía incluido) y suele subir el ruido sobre todo para los que buscan más tranquilidad. Sin embargo, para mí no fue problema.

Small window, bit humid smell

This was a great place to stay. We really wanted something close to the sightseeing spots and this fit the bill. We enjoyed walking and this location allowed us to be on foot the majority of time. Marta was awesome and so willing to help us. She explained places to visit and provide a local map. She always answered our texts if we needed anything and was very hospitable. The staff keeps everything clean and not intrusive at all. It was so nice returning to our room to relax for the evening!

Our room had windows facing the river which was cool to view the river, but some motorcycles would rip down the street every once in a while.
