המקום הכי מקסים שהיינו באוסטריה. המלון קטן ו עוצב יפייפה. האוכל מדהים. מתחם הספא מטופח ומעוצב יצירה ישר לאגם. החדרים גדולים ונקיים. הכל בטוב טעם. נקווה לחזור מהר.

מלון מושלם!!! מלון חלום!!!מלון איכותי וברמה גבוהה מאוד , אהבנו את רמת השירות הגבוהה של אנשי הצוות במיוחד אנדריאה , את החדר המושלם והנוף של האגם וההרים מהחדר היה כמו בחלום, המקרר בחדר היה מלא בבקבוקי שתיה אורגנים ללא חיוב . ארוחת בוקר על הטרסה מול האגם והנוף של ההרים הייתה מושלמת , אוכל טוב ומגוון.הספא במלון מפנק במיוחד.פשוט מושלםםםםםםםםם!!!!

הכל היה מושלם ואיכותי.

الفندق خيااال جميل جدا واستثنائي ومهتمين بالتفاصيل بشكل رائع من الدخول للفندق للغرفه للمكان الخارجي حجزت غرفه ديلوكس وكانت الاطلاله ولا اروع في النمسا راقي جداا من احلى الفنادق اللي سكنتها حقيقه

لم يتم ابلاغي بانه يوجد رسوم لاقامة الطفل الرضيع اللي ينام على نفس السرير مع العلم باني كنت مكلمتنهم وخبروني ان مرحب بكم وتم احتساب رسوم اضافيه بحجة ان الابقريد للغرفه كان لشخص فقط ونحن دفعنا لشخصين مع العلم بانه ايضا تم مراسلتهم وابلاغي بانه لايوجد مشكله والغرفه اصلا لشخصين تم اخذ فاتوره للتواصل مع بوكينق عند تسجيل الدخول لم يتم ذكر انه سيتم احتساب مبلغ فقط اخطرونا ان للطفل 30 يورو لليوم كان شي مخيب للامل وقت تسجيل الخروج

"Great hotel"

The hotel was wonderful. Our room was large and beautifully furnished with a lovely sitting area overlooking the lake. The room was tidied as soon as we left it for breakfast and the bathroom , which had a separate room for the toilet, was equipped with huge fluffy towels. Plenty of storage space. Easy parking. Good service in restaurant and reception area. Nice touch: When we left, we were presented with a pot of homemade jam.

My husband is using a walker and there were some steps to negotiate when going to the terrace. Not an issue for able bodied people.
