Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of choices. Staff very (not overly) attentive & helpful. We considered the cost a real bargain for what we got. The young man (Attila (sp.)), was great - friendly, helpful, courteous, professional, hard-working. We plan to stay again soon, and will certainly pay for the breakfast again. The young lady at the front desk was also great - the same traits as listed above. She even walked us to our rooms to make certain we were satisfied & comfortable. The young man who served us in the evening also shared the same traits, except that he was providing table service as well as covering the reception desk (double duty which he handled masterfully). The location was convenient to the marina as well as shops & restaurants. A great find!

There is no on-site parking. Street parking, in many cases, looks to be free, but apparently isn’t. We had to bring our luggage from about 3 blocks away, only to discover we needed to move the car or be penalized. The hotel staff told us where to find free parking, but it was 6-7 blocks away. Three of us were senior citizens, one of whom has mobility issues. We plan to stay there again, but will be better prepared regarding the parking situation.

Mycket bra mottagande vid ankomst. Utförlig information. Mycket proffsigt. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Perfekt läge vid stadens gamla torg. Många restauranger i närheten. Rummet perfekt, välstädat och nästan med all med erforderlig utrustning. Läckert med två pooler varav en på taket. Hela hotellet var utformat med största omsorg.

Saknade en andra fåtölj på rummet. Ett dubbelrum bör ha två fåtöljer. Hotellet ligger i ett bilfritt område, varför bagaget måste bäras eller rullas 250 m på knaggliga gatstenar.

It was located in a lovely location and very quiet and peaceful. The staff where very friendly and in the majority of cases went above and beyond. The room was very clean with a good shower. Breakfast was very good with an interesting selection. The pizzas are very good.

There was nothing really apart from one member of waiting staff who could benefit from some serious training. Other than this there was nothing to dislike.
