飯店位置絕佳，與函館車站相通，購物交通都非常方便．訂的房間有一個書桌連小沙發，辦公用餐都方便．頂樓大浴場景觀很棒，可以欣賞港口海景，浴場外的公共空間也有很棒的view，同時可以享用免費研磨咖啡，另外還有投幣飲料機．頂樓除了賞景外，還有書籍和沙發可以舒服坐著閱讀．基本上如果下次再來函館，會選擇繼續入住這間飯店．
