Easy to access public transport and shopping mall is within walking distance.

Bathroom is too small for a Superior room. And food quality needs improvement.

Much better than other 3 stars hotels' breakfasts. Though the hotel is on the main road, but it's pretty quite, and the road is not among those typical bussy Bandung roads.

The car park is very limited and exposed, so there's a high chance our car gets dirty when it's raining. But the good thing is that they have someone lightly wipe our car early in the morning (though it's not really clean, but that helps)

Modern and nicely decorated. Breakfast is good! that’s what Santika hotels known for .. their breakfast is usually good with ample choices.

The first room we got had strong odor that we can’t tell what it was. We had to change room 3x because their linens aren’t properly clean. Pillow case and bed sheet felt plastic-y and the room lacks amenities. No hairdryer, no small fridge. I suggest this hotel to pay more attention to “small things” because the whole building itself is quite nice.
