Beautiful and spacious apartment with balcony right in the centre with bus stop right outside and main train station/metro at the end of the road. Modern, quality decor but old features. Lovely to find a bottle of wine and water in the fridge on arrival. Great to have a coffee machine with pods. definitely stay here again. Excellent communication with the agency.

These are very minor things but would enhance the property further - coat hooks in the entrance, towel hooks in the bathroom, another light /lamp in the kitchen which is a bit dark/fix the towel stand in the bathroom which is broken/fix the tray in the fridge door which is broken and held on with tape and can't be used/anti-slip mat in the shower. Otherwise, perfect.

Location was very good and “all” within walking distance.

A lot of noise from the street during the night. We had an apartment with windows facing to the street and lots og noise 24/7.

Great location, excellent facilities, near great restaurants and all the main historical sites and a short walk to the Riberia and Douro river

Plumbing in the apartment needed looking at. Also other residents were very inconsiderate and didn’t think to be quiet during curfew period.

L’appartamento era ben arredato e provvisto di tutti i comfort. Situato in posizione centrale e in una via piena di ristoranti e servizi. Il self check in è stato semplice. La colazione ogni mattina fuori dalla porta abbondante.

Esssendo in 4 e arrivando di notte , mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare il divano letto già apparecchiato con le lenzuola invece ho dovuto farmelo da me
