The location is excellent, directly connected to a shopping mall, with plenty of activities nearby. The hotel is luxurious and offers beautiful river views. The surroundings are lovely, the service is outstanding, and the breakfast is excellent.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to buy online tickets for an event but it was only possible with a Chinese phone number. We were very grateful that one of the staff could help us. We also enjoyed the fine dining Chinese restaurant.

One drawback of the Classic Room with Two Double Beds is that the beds are genuine double beds rather than queen-sized beds. For a family, this can be quite limiting. We had one child in one bed and two adults sharing the other, and the bed felt noticeably cramped. Given the room category and the family-friendly positioning of the hotel, queen-sized beds would have made the room far more comfortable for families travelling with older children or teenagers.

L’InterContinental Chongqing è un hotel bellissimo, elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio, situato all’interno di quello che è probabilmente il palazzo più iconico della città: una posizione davvero spettacolare, che rende l’esperienza ancora più memorabile. Le camere sono splendide, confortevoli e con una vista incredibile su Chongqing. Ogni ambiente trasmette lusso, modernità e grande attenzione al dettaglio. Ciò che però ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stato lo staff: una gentilezza impareggiabile, sempre disponibile, professionale e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e assistiti in modo impeccabile dall’inizio alla fine. Un hotel meraviglioso, in una location unica, con un servizio di livello altissimo. Assolutamente consigliato: una delle migliori esperienze alberghiere che si possano vivere a Chongqing.

Le personnel est très à l’écoute, et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont très confortables, les lits sont parfaits. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, il y a énormément de choix. Nous étions en lune de miel et l’avions signalé. Nous avons gentiment reçu une bouteille de vin blanc dans notre chambre ainsi que des biscuits apéritifs. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. Le bar sur la passerelle du 42e étage est réellement fabuleux, notamment avec son plancher de verre.

La climatisation se coupe lorsque vous quittez la chambre.
