my family and i had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and comfortable. very spacious and you can feel the lux in this hotel. the staffs were friendly and helpful. they also gave a champagne for my parents birthday which we were incredibly thankful for this gesture. the breakfast options were great, from chongqing cuisine to western cuisine.

there was a small misunderstanding to the room booking, we booked a room for 3 people, there will be a difference in price if i were to book for 2 people for the same room type. however, during check-in, the staff did not prepare the extra bed and i was told i need to top-up for the extra bed. but why would i need to top-up if i already paid for 3 people on booking.com? i explain the situation and they understood it, and promptly arranged for the extra bed.

The floor-to-ceiling windows maximize the light and the views, transforming the space into a tranquil retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle. Services: The service provided by the entire staff was impeccable and attentive. From the check-in in the futuristic-design lobby, the attention to detail and efficiency were remarkable. SkyBar: The SkyBar (be it Maven or Horizon/SHUA) is a must-do experience. The cocktails and the atmosphere are sophisticated, and the view of The Crystal (the horizontal skyscraper bridge) is unique in the world. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
