Чистое постельное, красивый вид из номера на 13 этаже, удобный матрас и подушки. Было отдельное место для ребенка заранее подготовлено. Хороший фитнес центр.

В номере нет вообще ничего, пришлось просить тапочки и халаты отдельно, детских халатов нет вообще. Зубных наборов и косметических также нет, ранее в других странах в хилтоне все было предоставлено заранее. Персонал не говорит на русском, на английском только. Уборку с трудом дождались к концу дня. Не работает климат система, было очень жарко, окна не открываются. На фото есть бассейн- по факту его нет, только фитнес центр. Ресторан для завтраков очень маленький, занять в нем места в пик практически невозможно, они об этом предупреждают также заранее. Завтраки скудные, не разнообразные. Для хилтона низкий уровень сервиса и качества, ожидали большего.
