The staff, Souma, Latifa, Nuzha and Fatima were great people.

The house is rated as 5 stars, but at the actual it is not more than 3 stars. The room has no Fridge, no telephone in the room, no complementary bottle if water, the breakfast is almost the same on daily basis. The shower is not even 3 stars level weak water pressure sometimes no hot water. It is a house, the door will be licked at night you need to ring the bill to let Souma open the door for you.

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, especially Suma, Khaoula & the kitchen staff.

Shower didn’t work well: water was between two extremes - very hot or very cold & poor flow. Room wasn’t cleaned always and toiletries were very inadequate for a suggested 5 star Riad.

The Villa in general is beautiful, and the staff was very kind and available. The breakfast was very good.

The bathroom was not really clean, and few things they supposed to be fixed before our arrival not while we are in the room.

I loved this villa, it was an amazing night. The whole staff really took care of me, I felt like a queen. the house is very well and tastefully decorated. the villa is located a few steps from the city center. I highly recommend this accommodation. Dinner and breakfast are to be listed as 5 stars

We stayed at ushuaia villa , acually ee enjoyed the satay . Big rooms with a nice pool . The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for the shuttle to airport.
