Comfy room and good location

The lack of a coffee maker. Having to get dressed and take the elevator to the lobby for morning coffee when we would like to enjoy it in our room without having to dress to fetch it was annoying. Also the parking fee of 20.00 is rediculous!

I loved everything about this hotel.Everyone was friendly.The staff was wonderful. Had some difficulties with the parking app and the desk clerk helped me register the vehicle. I'm not too savvy with the phone or apps. 😆 we arrived a little earlier than what we expected. Traffic wasn't too bad coming from Phoenix and we didn't have to wait too long for a room at all. Being that we were really tired from the drive.It worked out perfectly that there was a suite available when we checked in. In every one of the a young ladies who attended the front desk, they were amazing

What I did not enjoy was the breakfast security officer. By the door was rude normally at other hotels, where they have a free breakfast. Anything complimentary, rather to full hot breakfast? Or just fruit and bagels when they are shutting down, they leave everything out, they don't put new stuff out, they just leave everything out so that people that are still coming in will be able to grab what's left until they put everything away. This security officer right at 930 shut the doors on everybody who was trying to get in made rude comments. One of the staff members told him, look, we put everything away. But whatever's out here, until we finish putting everything away, they are able to still grab and still eat until we put everything away.We're not gonna make more food, we're not gonna cook anything else or bring it out whatever's here is here and they're able to still get it even after nine thirty.Until it's all put away. Which is very courteous of the staff and that's what I normally experience at all the other hotels with breakfast. They don't cook at anything or bring anything else out.But they will allow us to continue if you're a little late to get whatever's there.What's available?He was just rude and the little boy just wanted some cereal.But for him to shut the door in his face was uncalled for. And this could have just been a tiny, a mistake. However, it could have been my misunderstanding. But when the individual at the front desk at check-in showed me how to scan the code for the parking, which I know everybody has to get in with technology. In the new times but I'm old school I just wish they would have added the $20 onto my chicken fee, I didn't check my email.I was excited to just start my day in vegas.The girl told me it was registered that we were done. I must have lost wife.I cause it didn't go through the next morning, I had a ticket.
