Everything Upon our arrival, we walked up to the desk, greeted the agent that was at the desk. He did not greet us back. Also, he had a very bad attitude. His name is Taj there also was a girl working at the desk. She had a smile on her face at least however she was rude as well. When I made my reservations. I made it for a king size room. They gave me two queen beds and he told me there’s nothing he can do about it that I book the room for a standard two queen beds. I showed him my reservations and showed him that I chose the king size bed. He told me they don’t have any rooms rudely didn’t even try to help me or even look. Told me it was the third-party bill billing who messed up my reservations. I told him this looks bad on your hotel. He said no it does not does not affect us in anyway it is not our fault how they book the rooms extremely dissatisfied not happy that they also took a $75 Fee for fundamentals!!!!!!! I do not suggest anyone to book in this hotel extremely bad hospitality even our room has a mold, smell coming from the carpet

The location is exceptionally close to where our seminar was held. My husband was happy to be close to Cabela’s. Everything we needed restaurants, shopping, etc was close by

Asked for an accessible room and said none available. Yet spoke to a woman on the elevator and she said they had an accessible room and didnt ask for one. Why would they give an accessible room to someone who doesn't need it? Both my husband and I have bad knees and backs. Our room the toilet was so close to the floor that it was almost ridiculous. Parking was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Pretty quiet there also even though they had a rodeo next door going on at a venue. Slept really well. Breakfast was a bonus with lots of choices.

The property was clean and week kept. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

What I didn’t like was the pool was being used by a swimming school Monday-Thursday from 2:30-7:30. We were not really able to utilize the pool because it was babies having swim lessons. It’s was an inconvenience for my grandkids.
