Super 8 by Wyndham Wapakoneta

The reason we picked this property was because they advertised free breakfast in the morning. There was NONE! Evidently they don’t have the staff? If that’s a problem then don’t advertise it! We were very disappointed! A partial refund I feel is order. Also, The hallway by the ice machine smelled strongly like smoke- yuck!

Stopped here for a quick nights rest. It is located easily off the highway. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and checkin was easy. The price was decent for a no frills stay somewhere. Only downfall was that the hallways smelt like weed.

There was no breakfast even though hotels.com and super 8 said there was. Bed was broken down on one side. Toilet was loose from floor, just not a good place to stay.

Property just was not worth $89/night.

The place was clean, well ordered and a good deal for the price. Very homey

Room was clean. Nothing fancy, but we were not looking for that. It suited our need for a quiet, clean place for an overnight stay.

Carpet was stained as was one of the bedspreads

It was convenient spot to stay.

Due to Covid there is no breakfast, or not when we were there. They have done some upgrading but the rooms are older and need a little more TLC. The rooms are huge though! Our first room had a bathroom issue so the attendant was great and quick to move us to another clean room with just a couple of minutes notice. I would give it a 3 1/2 if I could.
