"It was the WORST NIGHT EVER! we only got to sleep 4 hours !!"

Nothing much ….very plain

I got in late as a consequence of a flight cancellation and needed to get to bed right away to catch an early morning flight back to Arizona . The man at the desk didn’t help us until 45 minutes later!!!! There were 15-20 people waiting for him to get us in !!!! He was sooooo slow and nobody else came to relieve the amount of customers waiting to get into their rooms!!!
