Location, the building, the staff

Other than the shower, no facilities at all.

The location of the historic building is very close to the Zocalo (main city square) .....and among many shops and restaurants. The architecture of the facility is truly inspiring! The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious with updated fixtures. Bed linens were nice. They provide lockers by the bed for one's luggage and backpacks, and there is a luggage storeroom by the front desk that is easily-accessible. Price of 10 dollars per night was very reasonable!

There was one blond girl that was SO SWEET and FRIENDLY ---- but a couple of girls at the check-in that were HORRIBLE....! When we were not able to sufficiently communicate --- they insisted that the TOURIST/ VISITOR should have learned to speak Spanish before coming there.....!!!! Thus, they need to have employees that SPEAK ENGLISH well enough to accommodate international guests, since this is the [second] language most of them know.....

낮시간대 직원은 프로페셔널 하셨는데 밤시간대 직원은 화장실에 비누없다하니까 로션을 주고 청소부담당이라고하더라구요. 로션준것도 어이없는데 적어도 비누정도는 직원이 알고 있어야할듯합니다

살면서 가본 도미토리중에 가장 더웠습니다. 여자 도미토리 창문없고 에어컨없고 거의 반정도의 침대가 선풍기 바람이 아예 안들어오는 곳에 있어요. 5월 낮에 달궈진 공기때문에 덥고 답답했습니다. 추위에 약하고 더위에 강한 편인데도 더운 공기로 숨이 안쉬어져서 새벽에 깨고 호스텔밖에 나가서 몸식히고 다시들어와자고, 샤워용수건에 찬물적셔서 덮고 잤습니다. 추가 선풍기도 없고 해결할 수 있는방법이 없다 하시더라구요.

何も悪いところはなかった。荷物預入できて良かった。音は気にならない。清潔
