Fireplace in lobby was nice. Restaurants were nice.

Valet parking staff could have been better. They lost our car keys twice so we had to wait until could locate them. Restaurant food was decent but very salty

We enjoyed complimentary coffee every morning. And then got a homemade roll from the little deli that was amazing.

We enjoyed everything.

Loved the restaurants/bars, pool, and the beds were comfy!

The bars with the tree closed at 10 on a Thursday night. Shower took a long time to heat up and water pressure was low.

Cleanliness was lacking especially around pool, there was scum on tile all around the pool and the concrete around the pool looked as if it was soaked in oil. This should be unacceptable to the clients you are trying to target.

Have to sort out a pay dispute

It was okay.

The cost of the room is quite expensive, so I expect some free accommodations. Coffee in my room the first thing in the morning. Parking is terrible. If you have that many rooms, then make your accommodations bigger. And charging extra for parking is not making it better. Pool was packed. Again, if you have that many rooms, then you need bigger accommodations. Obviously, the street repair isn't your fault, but it certainly doesn't help anything.

Renee at the Orleans, Rebecca at check in, and Miranda at the Chop House were so much fun to interact with.

Pillows were too soft and blanket seemed short.
