"Kötü bir deneyim. "

Puanına aldanarak tercih ettim açıkçası. Tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Gecenin 4 ünde dakikalar boyu çalan ve neredeyse aklınızı oynatmanıza sebebiyet verecek yangın alarmını pişkin pişkin teknik bir arıza diye niteleyen resepsiyon. Ertesi günün sabahında yine aynı teknik aksaklıkla karşılaşmamız! Otele ait The Tree Bar da Türk kahvesi siparişiniz çay bardağında gelirse şaşırmayın temiz fincan olmayınca yıkamak yerine çay bardağıyla servis ediyorlarmış! Cam kenarlarının ve masaların pisliğine söylenecek söz yok. Kaç yıldızlı hangi tarz otel olduğunuzun bir önemi yok. Misafir ettiğiniz insanlara verdiğiniz değer ortada.

Otel çok çok iyiydi. Konumu Adana’nın en iyi yerinde. Otel ekibi inanılmaz profesyonel ve misafirperverdi. Odalar çok temiz ve rahatlık ön plandaydı. Otel personeline çok teşekkür ederim.

Adana merkezde nezih bir semtte bulunan otelde güzel bit konaklama geçirdim . Tertemiz bir otel ve yeni. Çalışanları da çok ilgili konuksever . Konum itibari ile kafeler ve barlara yakın olması nedeni ile dışarısı gürültülü ancak oda izolasyonu iyi içeri çok ses gelmiyor . Sadece iki konu için otele önerim olacak . Birincisi odaya el yıkamak ve yüz yıkamak için 2 ayrı sabun çeşidi konmalı , ikincisi her ne kadar salgın durumu da olsa en azında bir su ısıtıcı ile bir kaç kahve çay olmalı odada . Onun dışında her şey çok iyiydi.
