The location is great.

The AC did not work last night and this morning, and we could not sleep. The staff did not even bother inform us of the situation, or even offer an apology. This is bad business.

Extremely nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Really appreciated the welcome cookies :) Big, nice and well equipped room and bathroom. A special thanks to Lale, the nice and professional housekeeper of my floor who was kind and helpful! Super breakfast with plenty of high quality choices both salty and sweet.
