Excelente lugar, cerca de todo, cuenta con centro de lavado y todo lo necesario para una estancia larga.

El sofá tenia manchas de humedad y una mesita estaba rota :/

L’emplacement était parfait.

Les personnes à la réception n’étaient pas du tout agréable et souvent absente. Pas d’eau chaude ,nous l’avons signalé mais rien a changé. Les carreaux de la piscine se décollent et il n’y a que 4 transats .

Pas d eau chaude dans la douche , toilette bouche pas non plus d aide ou de consideration de la part du personel a tel point que seulement a notre retour a l hotel vers 23.00 h nous avons du aller chercher 1 technicien pour reparer il n a pas reussi. Même 1 coussin pour dormir nous n anons pas pu recevoir!

El servicio del recepcionista el día que llegamos , mala actitud, descortés . El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y piden q no se baje la temperatura , máximo 21 y la verdad es que no ayuda mucho en ese calor , el recepcionista subió y no dio solución , tiene una pésima actitud de servicio .

The only positive was the location - conveniently close to the ADO bus station, restaurants, and shops.

We had a very negative experience at this hotel. From the start, we were asked to pay in cash due to an alleged technical issue. Despite multiple requests in person, via Booking.com chat, and by email, the staff refused to provide any receipt, invoice, or proof of payment. The room was not cleaned to the standard shown in the photos, and the toilet was blocked for most of our stay. Although we reported the issue early, it was only fixed on the third night of a four-night stay. The hotel refused to change our room, and the only alternative offered was a basement room. Communication throughout was poor, with inconsistent information and repeated refusals to let us speak with a manager. To make matters worse, the hotel later marked our reservation as a “no-show” and cancelled it on Booking.com, despite us staying there for the full duration. Overall, the service felt extremely unprofessional and stressful. We would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
