Só que não conseguimos aceder à Netflix

Tiszta, rendezett, tágas volt az apartman közel a tengerhez és az 5-ös úthoz. Kényelmes ágy, minden eszközzel felszerelt konyha. Saját parkolója volt ahova a bejárat kissé meredek volt de meg lehetett oldani a ki és behajtást.

Többen íráták, hogy a víznyomás gyenge a zuhanyzóban ami igaz is de számunkra elviselhető volt. A konyhában jól jött volna olyan alapvető dolog mint pl. a mosogatószer vagy a só. A medence vize hideg volt és a tetőtéri részből többet is ki lehetett volna hozni, mindha egy kicsit elhanyagolták volna, de ezek nem nagy problémák. A szállást csak javasolni tudom.

Emplacement proche de la 5eme avenue et des commerces.

Le réceptionniste qui était particulièrement désagréable. Du bruit tard le soir avec la place avoisinante ou il y a des animations tous les soirs. Nous y étions pendant le carnaval. 5 nuits avec de la musique à fond jusqu'à 3 heures du matin !!

Posizione abbastanza centrale dell’hotel un po’ defilato dal caos della 5 avenue

Il condizionatore funzionava male, faceva un gran rumore e molto caldo. Avvisato in reception hanno armeggiato un attimo ma non hanno risolto niente (sicuramente sapevano del guasto). In un hotel di 4 stelle, oltre a questo inconveniente già inaccettabile, almeno una bottiglietta di acqua all’arrivo é sicuramente gradita

Gute Lage und sehr angenehme Größe des Zimmers.

Die Handtücher haben komisch gerochen.

Considering the large number of positive reviews, our experience was honestly surprising and disappointing. • We were given a printed paper saying parking is free - picture attached. • At check-in, we asked again, and the receptionist confirmed it was OK and even checked our parking from the window. • The next day we received a 600 MXN parking fine. • At reception, a different staff member did not care at all and said the parking is “under maintenance” and that we should “know the rules of Mexico”. No responsibility taken. Other major issues: • No real hot water in the shower — only lukewarm, even after waiting as instructed. • Toilet did not work properly, flushing was a problem. We had to use toilets in restaurants and bars. • Kitchenette sink tap was constantly dripping and impossible to stop. • Staff attitude was indifferent and unhelpful. Misleading information, poor maintenance, and zero customer care. We definitely do not recommend this place.

Le toit sur la piscine et la présence d'un lave linge.

Manque d'hygiène et de propreté, canapé taché qui ne donnait pas envie de se poser dessus. La pression de l'eau était vraiment faible ce qui rend compliqué de se laver correctement les cheveux et l'eau n'était jamais chaude.
