A very nice place to stay in Mardin! Localised in the center of the old town, close to the beautiful old mosque! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Sitting on the terrace and looking down to the plains of Mesopotamia is an inforgetful experience.

A 700 yr old building - so authentic and nicely done. Truly amazing!

It takes time to walk up the stairs from where the taxi drops you but that is also a part of the experience in Mardin. The hotel staff were amazing in coming and helping with the luggage. Just be aware of the steps and going up.

Замечательный персонал - спасибо! Встретили, помогли с чемоданами. Всегда были на связи и старались помочь по любому вопросу! Организовали для нас экскурсию на авто из отеля по близлежащим достопримечательностям. Накрывали завтрак за 5 минут, на террасе с шикарным видом. Отель очень атмосферный и расположен в старом городе. Было чисто. В номере был кондиционер и горячая вода, Мы брали номер с окном :)

отель расположен в лабиринтах :) и много ступенек. В номере сыровато, но это специфика всех местных аутентичных "пещер". Поэтому нужно лишь знать, за чем едешь

Most incredible breakfast view! The building/rooms were old, rustic and impressive. Definitely had the feeling of stepping into a historical building. The guys running this hotel were super kind and accomodating! Also the free parking was a huge bonus (if a little challenging driving around the tight/narrow streets).

The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. If you prioritise a comfy bed and soft pillows, maybe look somewhere else. Also, there is no extractor fan in the bathroom (and no windows) so the moisture hangs in the room giving a very damp smell. I'd recommend they buy some de-humidifiers. Since the building is old and made from rocks/bricks, it is a bit chilly (we were there at the beginning of March), but I'm sure it is nice and cool during the summer heat!
