Cleanliness- the person who cleaned the rooms didnt do a good job. Plus, they wouldnt leave extra toilet paper and there was no tissue.

Pretty appartments and fantastic location, a little more attention to details and cleanliness and it would have been great. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Had to ask every day for small services that could have been done as part of the daily service. Staff was always available to support with the requests.

La ubicación es genial. Zona segura, Buenos cafés y restaurantes al rededor. 7eleven, oxxo. De todo. El espacio de la unidad y el edificio en sí es 10 de 10. Joss, quien es la encargada del desayuno es un amor de persona, atenta y presta.

Acordamos un late check out el día antes de salir. Pero el mismo día, media hora antes de la hora de check out habitual nos dijeron que habían rentado la habitación y no podían permitir el late check OUT pactado. Entiendo totalmente qué les convenga más rentar una noche entera en lugar de unas cuantas horas de late check out, pero debieron avisar con más tiempo y no justo cuando iba saliendo a hacer actividades programadas. Al final a forma de compensación nos permitieron descansar un rato en la zona del cinema del lugar, ya que nuestro vuelo salía a las 11pm
