USUSThe hotel is new so it is very nice & clean! The staff are so friendly, love how clean they keep the hotel lots of perks! Complimentary laundry, socials, & parking. The rooms seem like apartments doesn’t even feel like a hotel definitely recommend this place. Also near target Walmart chick fil a & many other stores.

The hotel was newer and you could tell. Whoever the contractor was did a horrible job finishing it. Things were broke. If you miss measure something just of caulk a bunch...lol. there were Holes in the shower. We were moved from 1 room to another cause the TV was broke. Then the TV in the newer room broke as well. No one there to fix it or help at night. Beds and room were comfortable. And front staff did what they could about TV which was not much.
Great place to stay during a business trip, able to make your own food in the spacious rooms that include a kitchen, also love the evening social they provide, where you can interact with new people. Not only that but very welcoming, warming and I definitely will be back.
USHotel is nice and rooms are big and well equipped. However, on last two stays, the key cards did not work. Got them re-set, and still did not work. Really frustrating. This is 2024!! Key cards are not a new technology. Staff acted like it was my fault, but they couldn’t get the cards to work, either.
