Staff was nice and room was clean. I reserved a two room suite but it was not available when I checked in. I was given two rooms but prefered the suite.
USWe came at a time where there were a lot of kids staying in the room above us. They were making so much noise and hitting the floor so hard it rattled the fixtures and things fell in the kitchen. We called the front desk, they told us the noise was due to the stairs. We called a second time when the noise persisted. We were again told it was the stairs and the employee did nothing about it. We had to go to the room and knock on the door ourselves to get the noise to stop.
To be honest, I was a little taken back that this was a new property. The bathroom was very outdated. I would say bathtub was yellow. The caulking was already changing color and then on top of it all when it was storming at night, I had water pouring into my room onto the carpet, which I did bring to the staffs attention in the morning and they just said they will tell their maintenance to look into it and put the room out of service.
