USUSEverything was great really. Except there wa some kind of a repetitive noise all night. We were on the top floor in room 403, I don’t know if it was some kind of a mechanical unit on the roof or something.
US30 minutes after we checked in, another party had keys to our room and walked right in. They had 2 keys and a pocket folder with our room written on it. Staff gave out keys back-to-back, to the same room. All the staff offered was apologies. Beware!

USThe cleanliness, the room was very spacious and the breakfast was wonderful. Both mornings there was a new item for breakfast. The hotel smelled clean the staff was nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. Definitely a 5 star from us.

Basketball tournament. Hotel was good except for putting us in a handicapped room just becuase I booked through a third party. Breakfast had a lot of options. Coffee amazing. Beds were super comfy.

I noticed our floor still had strings and things on the floor. Made me wonder how clean the rest of the room was.
USEverything. Seriously, there was nothing not to like. Well appointed, clean, quiet, even though the pool was next to our bedroom wall. The furnishings were quite adequate and comfortable. The bed was luxury after sleeping in other motels on this trip.
No complaints. One thing we notified the front desk of: it took a long time for the hot water to get to our faucet. Once it did, it was hot. Nice and hot.
