O hotel tem algumas melhoras a fazer. O ar condicionado a pingar na zona de refeições com o teto falso aberto. Pastilha da piscina a sair e imensas peças. Chuveiro avariado (de apoio à sauna), Banho turco avariado, "cascata" de água dentro da piscina avariada: No quarto da casa de banho a toalha de um dia para o outro não secou.

O hotel está absolutamente bem enquadrado com o espaço envolvente, tem exelentes serviços e a habitual qualidade do Grupo Vila Galé. Uma nota de agradecimento aos funcionários, cujo profissionalismo e simpatia são de notar, especialmento o Rafael e a Rita, que ficaram na memória. Nota muito positiva para os serviços do SPA, e para as suas funcionárias.

Uma pena o banho turco estar fora de serviço, não sendo algo muito substancial, acrescentaria mais qualidade à area de SAP.
