Apartamento grande, limpo, tudo novo e organizado. Cama ótima, roupas de cama e cobertas de qualidade, só faltou uma TV no quarto, a única disponivel fica na sala, é grande e de boa qualidade. O único senão é a garagem, acesso muito estreito só compativel com carros pequenos.

Local excelente para casal ou até 4 pessoas, ap bem amplo e silencioso. Próximo de tudo, supermercado, restaurantes, lanchonetes e cafeteria.

Faltou ter uma smart tv, utensílios básicos de cozinha, pois só tinha uma espátula de silicone. As panelas precisam ser trocadas, pois estão muito desgastadas e estavam um pouco engorduradas, tinha apenas uma frigideira nova. E precisa ter também ao menos uma vassoura para tirar alguma sujeira que caia no chão.
