Great place on quiet charming square

Interesting space. I liked my room but could've done without the gigantic mirror. The room was comfy but was confusing to know if/when the door locked.

The place was so beautiful and had everything we could have wanted or needed. Very thoughtful touches and beautiful interior design. The location was also prime. We would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Savannah.

My favorite aspect of this property was its character and charm. So many lovely amenities to make our stay special! We loved the historical vibe and the setting. A beautiful community where we hope to return. ❤️

Interesting and unique place with a vibe we may be a bit too old for. The check-in procedure is interesting but there was no quaint welcome package waiting for us. I called the number in one of the inumerable emails i recieved and got a woman who could use some coaching in the routine. The manager then called me and got things straightened out but the minor hassle was the last thing i needed after a long drive. The room looked massive in the pics but was actually VERY small with virtually no furniture in it...no place to put your things at all so you live out of your bags on the floor. I assume that other rooms have differing accomodatuons. Its a cool place and in a great location but the unconvention nature of virtually every aspect of the place will either turn you on or off. Im on the fence

Not your tradition hotel; no amenities or service, parking on the street. You are renting a room with individual entrance. I would not reserve if I were traveling alone. Police station a few blocks down the street; but, had a person sleeping in a doorway the next building down. However, it was very clean with updated room décor.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent. Our only issue and it was big, is however the hotel connects with credit cards comes across as a scam. We had two credit cards shut us down for fear of fraud. So check-in was very stressful. We did get it worked out and everything was indeed legit. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved staying at The Present! Great property, sophisticated decor and walkable to the downtown area and parks etc...

I booked The Present Hotel at the last minute (day before) for a work trip. I was very impressed with the property for the price! They did a wonderful job saving the historic feel of the building but also making it modern and comfortable. The court yard, common areas, and room were all very artistically pleasing and well thought out. My only word of caution is that there is no elevator for the upper floors, so if you have mobility restrictions, definitely make sure you get a low level floor.

Love that the property is in a calm and quiet section of Savannah. Also loved the Breville coffee station, the patio and balcony seating. The customer service was quick and helpful when we had trouble accessing our room. Well appointed room and very unique.
