The Present Hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great staff nice outdoor sitting area with a fireplace. They light at 5 o’clock. Free drink in the lobby is always nice.

This not s hotel. It's more like a fancy boarding house. We are 73 and 74 seniors. No mention of a three story walk us narrow stairs with our bags. No front desk. The room was not a suite. Showing as queen suite. Tiny not even a chair. Paid parking only. Coffee bar out of coffee not body to talk to. After my email to the Present I recived a voice mail not clear English. Couldn't understand what was said. Not a happy camper.

The room was awesome and had everything we needed for a one night stay.

I was disappointed. The room itself was nice enough. considering the shower and toilet are literally in the bedroom. The building is not great. No elevator so several flights of stairs up and down. Very expensive for what it is.

We absolutely loved our room! The bed was so comfortable. I had a great night sleep! My husband had schoolwork to do at the same time and it was plenty of room to get everything done at the desk that was in our room. We love the location. It was so convenient to just park and walk anywhere downtown! We would definitely book this again!

Good place to stay for quittance and quiet. Only thing toilet did not flush well and needed a plunger but non to be found.

Good location. We stayed in 2 different rooms as availability was limited at the time of booking. Our first floor room decor seemed a little beat. Our third floor room decor was clearly upgraded but it could use a deep clean. Wooden floor sticky and dust/ dust balls visible on the high window frames. Also, no elevator to upper levels.

Location was nice. We were unaware when booking this, that it was a 4 story hotel with no elevator.

I wasn't sure about this hotel because it doesn't have staff onsite, however I was very pleasantly surprised! We booked room 103, which was on the first floor of the hotel with its own entrance. While the room was at street level, it was very quiet and felt extremely safe. The design of the room was awesome and it was big enough that it felt more like an apartment. Very well appointed as well with all shower products you'd need, complimentary coffee and tea, and a nice sized in-room refrigerator. The courtyard is very cute though we weren't able to use it due to the weather. Street parking was very easy, though we did have to pay attention to the street cleaning schedule. Overall, this was a great value for the money and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I look forward to my next stay!
