"Great location, but no car parking available"

Hotel is great, have stayed here multiple times. Great location right on the Esplanade.

There was no car parking available and no street parking available in the blocks around the hotel. This was a real issue as the car had a lot of tools in it. I came up with a solution of leaving the car in the driveway as it was the only option, and staff didn't seem like they could assist. There are two other Crystalbrook properties across the road, surely car parking could have been offered in one of those.

"It is a nice hotel and offers good value but the luxury marketing is over the top"

Great convenient location with a lot of food options nearby.

Fitness centre was lacking, some barbells or kettle bells would be nice. Just cardio machines is pretty basic.
