The staff were wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast good variety. The room and the whole facility was very clean. Very close to where I attended a competition at Strand Theater.

When I stepped into the shower it was very slippery. I commented to the staff about it, they apologized. Within an hour the manager of housekeeping was at my door with a temporary solution.
