"Awesome Home Away From Home"

Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and kind, they met all of our needs.The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There.were a lot of healthy items as well. Everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our next visit. I highly recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton Ephrata, we've stayed at many properties in the Lancaster area and this one is the best.

One staff member was not customer service friendly.

Quite, very comfortable bed.

There was a large ladies hair on the sheets when we pulled the covers down. Yuck! Also the rug in our room had a lot of stains like it hasn't been shampooed in months.

Extremely comfortable bed! Really kind and helpful staff. I hurt my finger and they gave me tons of bandaids

Personal preference - Iโ€™m not a fan of carpet. It was a tiny bit stained and worn
