There was a lot of thought put into this accommodation and it felt very welcoming the weather was bad but it felt cosy so we didn't even go back out.

I didn't like the code system. I find that nerve-racking after a long drive in the rain when you don't know the area . I had to join a lock box app to get the code. I feel that once the accommodation is paid for, you should receive the code.

Lovely and roomy studio with wood heater and comfy lounge chairs. Very well set up. Excellent communications. So clean. Walking distance into town. Only 1/2 drive to Hobart.

We like the fireplace and convenience of the location

The fact that it was advertised that we would have Wi-Fi we did not!! The TV had no Wi-Fi connected at all so no movies! We could connect to the Wi-Fi on our devises though it kept dropping out and was really bad connection, as we were both working Durning our holiday we were both unable to connect to the Wi-Fi on our devises and were unable to work. the phones worked better on our phone connections only.

Loved the area we were in. The staff we dealt with were very nice.

Sad to say when we arrived it had not been set up for our arrival. The accommodation had not been cleaned up after the previous people's stay. There were no clean sheets or towels. Once the cleaner arrived and made the bed and left fresh towels it was an enjoyable stay. It was lacking any blankets which I found unusual for such a cold time of the year. Also a vacuum would have been handy.

Location was excellent ,amenities were excellent extremely clean fire was a bonus!

Probably would have had the fire already lit and heating the room as it was bitterly cold when we got there! Would have been a very welcoming touch

Beautiful cottage with a toasty fireplace perfect for the winter months. Great location within walking distance to Richmond Bridge and the main street for cafes and shopping. Johnnie was great with the instructions for arrival and easy to contact. Highly recommend!
