3 Bears One-Level Open Floor Plan Cabin with Pool Table by RedAwning

This was our honeymoon trip, and we wanted something simple and quiet. First I will say- the location was perfect. It was on the end of a cul-de-sac, trees all around, a fair amount of privacy. Just the right size for 2 people. Fairly clean inside. However.. The furniture was really uncomfortable, older, and kind of run down. Sat in the recliner and springs were mostly broken and almost fell out of it backward. The couch wasn't much better. The bed was tolerable, but a cheap hard mattress piled high with mattress covers and an old egg crate mattress pad. It was so high off the floor I had to have help getting into bed and actually fell trying to get out of bed one night while half asleep, forgetting how high off the floor it is. Some fixtures need replacing as they are old and rusty. The deck outside has some condition issues, dry rotted and painted over. The hot tub worked, water was hot and jets worked fine but lights did not work, and the seat on the edge where you get in was dry rotted and collapsed in on itself. Internet was spotty at best, Tv in living room was concting(but had trouble staying connected)we couldn't use the TV in bedroom at all during our stay because it wasn't connected. We did contact PM about the hot tub cushion and the internet, but didnt want to be interrupted during our stay. We took pics to demonstrate these condition descriptions. With updating/repairs this place would be great. We had a decent time, overall, but could have been better, honestly.
