Scotsdale Valley Studios

Beautifully located on the Scotsdale Valley road and tourist route, very much in the woods! The chalet was beautifully designed and decorated with a rustic industrial theme, great cooking facilities, fridge and freezer & log burner, which was needed as it had turned quite chilly during our stay. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom, comfy chairs on the deck. The owners left us a warm freshly baked loaf, fresh butter, fresh eggs and some and little chocolate Easter eggs which was a really nice touch.

Visitors were not allowed to walk the grounds of the property beyond their own drive way due to the potential of trespassing on others property, which is understandable. It was also not possible to sit outside the chalet other than on the sheltered and shady deck of the chalet, which whilst it was lovely, it was very cool in the shade and it would have been nice to be able to extend onto the grass in the sun just beyond the deck, but there were fences all around the chalet restricting you from doing that that and it felt a bit hemmed in.

The scenery was incredible.

Stayed here for a week during school holidays to get away from the crowds. The place is well away from the other two units, very quiet with a beautiful forest vista. Spacious rooms, double shower, and everything you need.

spotlessly clean and the owners made sure we had directions and knew how to get the key. There was a lovely touch of fresh eggs, butter, bread and coffee on arrival

nothing we didn’t like it was beautiful, the microwave was too high for me to be able to use it if wished but that’s a very minor thing.

A delicious basket of goodies to welcome us, comfortable and spacious accommodation, as well as a peaceful outlook. Studio was well equipped. Close to Denmark and beautiful walks nearby. Friendly and very obedient pooches came for a visit and love. A most enjoyable Christmas stay.
