"We did not stay at all since the place is too scary especially at nite."

Location is very bad since the area is well-known for the presence of bad elements(addicts) who create troubles at times and the place is quite accessible to these elements. Anyone can just climb the fence and knock at the door since gate is in front of open field.

The lady had no idea i was coming. I had to show her the receipt from Expedia to prove i booked a room. Breakfast came from her personal fridge so her options were all over the place. As poor of a rating I gave here, this is probably the nicest place and affordable considering there places i was trying to visit. Hot water worked great though.

The host was great and is easy to reach. The staff was great as well. The room was relatively big and also the Wi-Fi was working well. The Google Map location was accurate. They have cute dogs too :D

It is difficult to for people with no car. If you are staying on the second floor, you will have to carry your luggage. A bidet would have been great for the toilet. The room is relatively clean, but can be improved a bit more.

It was available for 1 night.

No mirror in the bathroom to shave with. The shower, was inefficient. (A trickle). The included breakfast, was not pleasant.
