The building

Cleanleness rude manager building works inside building couldnt get to reception with all work tools and boxs and the fact that when we complained about the way the manager acted after he walked in our appartment shouting this isnt dirty you just want a free stay we told him aboit the glass falling off the big tea table our £28 worth of fish and chips all over the floor and glass landing on my husbands feet he said the table was fine to witch we replyed its a good job its not a child that was hurt or worse he told us to pack our bags and leave and we wouldnt be getting anything back so i told him what i thought of his attitude he barged passed me knocking me in to the door frame ran out and rang the police he was fine under cctv acting like i was the bad 1 wish i woukd have had my camera running told the police we wasnt getting any money to witch we said we would not be leaveing after paying £233 for 2 nigjts in a "4*" AND another £200 for any damages caused or it left untidy ( they should have paid us £433 to stay .. we had been ringing a number in the black book they leave to get no answer then we get a call back from a 83 year old man called mike who was very helpfully and polite and told us he owned the building and sold it over 12 mth ago and didnt no why the paper work still had all his details on he felt so bad for us told us to meet him in his local pub and he would buy us a drink because he felt bad .. we got more compassion from mike than the people who now run this appartment ( mike and his late wife ran it gor over 25 years and didnt get 1 bad review ) in the end we got our money back amd left at around 10pm to then find another place to stay .. we went to the premier inn in bispham it was clean the staff were amazing couldnt do enough to help and took some money off our breakfast at beefeater for our inconvienance at the apartments..the reviews mike and his wife got were out standing the manager they have needs to learn how to treat people !!

Location, location, location!!! Fabulous apartment with wonderful sea views, a selection of bars and restaurants nearby, a supermarket within 5 minutes’ walk, and the tram station across the road. It couldn’t be better. Very well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent customer service from our hosts.

Nothing!

Staff very responsive. Beds very comfortable. Make sure you look at the floor map to get the right entrance. Do not judge a book by its cover! And there is a lift to get your things to your room.

Not enough pillows.. But the staff fixed that very fast. If you don't look at the floor plan you'll miss the entrance. The parking is inadequate, but no solving that anyway.

The only negative thing I have to say is it would be better if it was a later check out and one of the TVs didn't work in one of the bedrooms so my son slept on couch as he has to sleep with the TV on, so that was a negative but everything was perfect.

location. Clean. Bispham has several good restaurants the spiced lobster Indian exceptional. Walking distance to Blackpool and cleveleys beach over the road. general facilities in apartment good and an ice cream vendor who was very informative just next to front door would we use again yes we would we stayed in Grenada Burbage last visit

Settee was past it used by date no firmness to low. Bed mattress needed to be thicker. lacked cafeter and wine glasses although when ww asked for glasses they were found in other apartment and sent through.

Perfect location- tram stop right outside, only a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury's and many takeaways eateries. 3 large comfortable double bedrooms, large kitchen, large living room - it felt very luxurious. Staff were available via a 24-hour helpline.

There was nothing to dislike.
