They should train the staff/front office to know more about the city and the activities. Also, provide them with a personal translation device like in train station. Communication is a big minus

We had a really great stay at First Hotel Kanazawa ✨ The room standard was honestly very high — everything was spotless, elegant, and felt really premium. The whole hotel had a very classy atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was also great for exploring Kanazawa. It’s around 25 minutes from the main station, so a little farther out, but much closer to the old town and the main attractions, which actually made sightseeing and evening walks much more enjoyable. The area around the hotel was beautiful at night and perfect for relaxing walks after a full day of exploring. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a more upscale and comfortable stay in Kanazawa 🇯🇵👌
