Excellent location, walking distance from samurai and geigi neighborhoods, kenroku garden, castle and right in front of 21century museum. Staff is very nice and friendly.

The bar/restaurant downstairs appears to be closed most of the time and would not sell breakfast for guests who didn't have it included in their reservation. The only open breakfast alternative was Starbucks 10 min away, all cafés around open around 12pm or later. The room was with carpet, and the air felt a bit stuffy.

Struttura bellissima e pulitissima. Zona centrale proprio di fronte al castello. Staff gentilissimo ottimo anche il ristorante e per completare il servizio anche la smoking area utilissima per chi fuma.
