Staff molto gentili e premurosi (check-in fuori orario, 12:30 pm, gentilissimi e senza costi aggiuntivi); colazione molto buona con extra a richiesta preparati al momento dal giovane ragazzo molto premuroso ed educato; arredamento e colori della struttura; posizione ridettò al centro, ai musei , al porto, alla Cerveceria Austral; servizio chiamata Taxi a 10.000 pesos cileni ( gradito), negozi per mangiare vicini. Bella area colazione e relax.

La mattina se si ha la sfortuna di alzarsi dopo di quelli che partono presto per fare gite,diciamo che si sentono tutti i rumori: voci , porte che si aprono e si chiudono, colazioni e cucina, le stanze non sono molto isolate acusticame. A parte questo aspetto, il quartiere e’ tranquillo e permette notti riposanti. Materasso buono e doppia scelta di cuscini. La nostra camera un po’ piccola, suggerisco qualche appendino in più alle pareti per giacche e abiti.

"Buen lugar para una breve estancia."

la ubicación es cercana al terminal de buses y centro de la ciudad. Destaco la limpieza y silenciosa de la casa.

Al frente del hostal hay un local nocturno que mete mucha bulla. Sin embargo esto fue porque abrimos la ventana ya que la calefacción estaba muy intensa.
