La cercanía a varios lugares, también la tranquilidad

Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba fría, nos tuvieron que cambiar. También el aseo no era de lo mejor, al segundo día por la tarde me preguntaron si queríamos aseo en la habitación ( para mi era obvio ) Tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico dado que solo lo cambiaron una vez.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Some spoke better English than others, but still very accommodating. Breakfast was good with yoghurt, granola, cake and either ham and cheese toastie or eggs.

The bed was too soft for our liking and it was on wheels and had no headboard. The dog barking outside was not continuous but was loud when he did bark and he was right outside our window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Patricia helped a lot with information to our last minute visit to the Magdalena Island. The hostel is very comfortable and clean. It is also located close to the city center and a walking distance from most of the relevant places.

The room was a bit small and the shower stall had curtains.

Room very small and the street looks a little bit dodgy....not an issue as Punta Arenas is safe but that's the first impression you get

Friendly staff . Good location

The staff was welcoming, and the cozy room featured a very comfortable bed. For guests planning travel by bus, it is 1 block from the Bus Fernandez station. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the restaurant district.

My room was on the first floor next to an ally, and I could smell garbage apparently stored there. Also, the shower stall and curtain had visible mildew. Since it is a hostal, I was not suprised to hear snoring from a nearby room.

Comfy bed and the breakfast

There was a bit of oungent smell and room was too small. Not enough space to open the luggage .
